Invited by International Centre for Hydropower , Prof. Perera participated the above seminar held in Kenya from 7-11 November 2011. Around 30 Regulatory experts, mainly from African countries discussed regulatory issues in their respective countries. Prof. Perera made a presentation on the proposed Indo –Lanka submarine link.
