Student Enlistment System: Online Application for Students (Cadet/Local/Foreign/Bsc Management/IT Diploma/Post Graduate)
Agent Portal: This portal allows registered agencies to apply for programs on behalf of students. Agencies can fill in student details, submit applications, upload required documents, and communicate directly with KDU administration to facilitate student enrollment.
Exam Result Management System: A system designed to manage, store, and retrieve students' exam results efficiently, providing seamless access for administrators, faculty, and students.
Research Database System: Tracks fund allocation and management for researchers.
e-library system: Primarily used by postgraduates for academic research and resources.
Library Management System - Main Library: Manages library resources with features such as Virtual Resource Retrieval (VRR) and the Human Library for interactive learning and knowledge exchange
Student Feedback System: A feedback mechanism for students to contribute insights on teaching quality
Classroom Management System: A Venue Management System efficiently allocates and schedules venues for lectures, conferences, and meetings.
Degree Certificate Online Request System: A platform to request certificates for students.
Transcript Generation System: Automated transcript generation to expedite administrative procedures
Online Gate Pass System: A platform to request gate pass.

Web Development

The web developer is responsible for the design, layout, and coding of the university websites. In addition to creating a new site, they are also involved in the maintenance and regular updates of the existing platform.

Content Planning: Identify and define the types of content the website will host, including academic programs, admissions information, faculty profiles, news, events, and student resources.
Development: Write clean, efficient programming code—either from scratch or by adapting existing website frameworks and design packages—to meet the university's technical and business requirements.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of the website to identify and resolve any technical issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
Deployment: Upload the finalized site to the university’s hosting server and register it with relevant search engines for visibility and accessibility.

Network Administration

KDU Ratmalana, Southern campus, FAHS, and Faculty of Graduate Studies network infrastructure implementations and maintenance.
Maintaining and Administrating Email, Wi-Fi, and Shibboleth.
Monitoring LAN and Wi-Fi
